A couple of interviews live-coding with another engineer, one with the head of product, followed by a conversation with one of the founders. Interviewers were all very friendly and accommodating, and the interviews all felt conversational and gave me multiple opportunities to let my personality show through. It felt like they were looking for a whole person rather than just a combination of skills and experience.
