Curaleaf Financial Controller interview questions

Recruiter reached out followed by two interviews with managers. It’s very clear employees won’t get any support or training based on responses I got and lack of ERP system in place. Interviews weren’t terrible but recruiter provided no feedback, generic, automated emails are so outdated and so is not having an ERP system. If you are highly educated and want to grow and have a steady career, I’d look elsewhere
