Interviewed for a legal position by HR people who don't ask any questions related to your actual legal background and don't seem to understand what an attorney actually does or what to ask. HR representatives didn't seem to understand what the role was designed to do or who it would report into or able to offer anything substantive about the role. One of the representatives insisted on video interview, then was not dressed professionally, and had cats repeatedly running across screen.
