Initial phone interview with recruiters was fine, but they did not provide me the correct information in regards to remote work due to covid 19. Second round of interviewing was a negative experience First in scheduling in person vs scheduling for virtual interview. The latter was my experience. And second in timely responses from the company. Interview experience- Interviewer was late to virtual meeting and seems to focus their discussions on how the last HR person was negative and made work miserable, barely asked me any question in relation to the position itself and my work experience. Felt more like a venting session for interviewer. I didn't feel taken seriously and that they were at all interested in knowing more about my experience. The turnaround time for a response post interview was a month plus, I reached out post interview on two to three occasions and received no response. Their final response was a generic rejection email. I wasn't worried about it though because in those 4 weeks curaleaf was no contact with me post interview, I was interviewing elsewhere and received and offer. HR dose both have great "keeping candisate warm experience" After that interviewing experience, seeing this same position post multiple times in the last year or so and based of their reviews online I can see that the office near me needs to improve in a lot of areas and it was a blessing in disguise to not move forward with the company
