The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. The bud tenders were all nice and looked presentable. I did not feel like I was boxed in and that I wasn't knowledgeable. The store manager was nice and asked a lot of questionings regarding moving up in the company.
Phone interview, store manager interview, panel interview. Made it to store manager interview, and manager wore a hoodie and baggy pants. Swore multiple times during interview, extremely unprofessional. Seems like the company is not serious about their professional talent.
