Interview
It was a 15 minute interview with a hiring manager through google meet. They asked for previous experience and why you wish to work here. They were looking for mainly people with PCR experience. They said they will get back to me in a week and I still have a few days left but I'm waiting for an offer. Pay is $30 an hour.

How does you past experience tie in with what we do here at Curative?
The process was quick and easy. They called to interview me virtually and extended the offer a couple of weeks later. I was brought in for orientation and started the next week.
There was no interview process. They just pulled candidates from a pool at a job fair. If you were remotely interested in science and had a pulse, you were hired.

Interview
Interview was over google meet due to the pandemic. It was a short 15 minute interview. They kept everything brief but efficient. The supervisor conducting the interview was very knowledgeable about the comany and gave details on what safety precautions are enforced in regards to covid-19. Seems like a great company to work for.
