The interview was conducted over Zoom. It only took about 5 minutes from beginning to end and it was very relaxed. The interviewer was very friendly and upbeat, and was able to answer all of my questions.

Quick and easy virtual interview. Interview was virtual and we spoke for about 5-10 minutes about my past job experiences and what the new job entails. It was pretty casual and not stressful at all. I was then offered the position at the end of the interview.

Called from contractor, asked about any customer service experience and they took whatever we had. They're always hiring it seems, so you'll probably get the job no matter what. This was a first job for some people.
