The interview began with the a negative representation of the company, stating how the company has a high turnover of employees and how the company had let go of a significant amount of employees the previous year. The job posting had stated no experience required yet, you are asked about specific accounting topics. The job posting is misleading because they had stated that the position wasn’t structured and you’d be doing work from other departments. The interview did not last the full course since they had stated that they had another meeting after. Overall the interview was very unprofessional and rude. Did not try to get to know the person they were interviewing at all.
