I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Currys (Lincoln, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Began with general competency questions, then had 15 minutes to prepare role play, was a fairly easy situation - selling a tablet, finding the customer the right one by asking open-ended questions, also trying to sell accessories and insurance. Lots of discussion after this about pay and commission structures and training in Birmingham. Was told I'd be contacted the following day by phone or email to tell me if I'd been successful or not but 2 weeks later I have not received either of these things.
