Interview
After completing an online test I was then sent an email and invited in store to meet one of the managers and have a 1:1. After they finished that part of the interview they took me around the shop and explained where everything was and left me at the knowhow bar for half an hour so I could get used to it.

They then asked me how technical I was and how much experience I have had in a customer facing role.

Interview
Manager came out to meet me. We went to his office. He ask me generic questions why you want this job, why do you think you will be good at this job. Then we left the office went to meet the staff I would be working with. Then he told me I got the job. I would appear I was the only one interviewed for the job.
