Online application, They were in contact with me after about a week or so, HR department contacted for a short phone interview asking things like, why I applied to carphone, Why I think I was right for the job. I passed then got booked in for a face to face interview with the store manager. Interview was in store had maybe a 20 min interview then had to do a role play of approaching customers in store and what I'd talk about. The manager pretended to be a customer and he had to decline great deal, manager was testing to see how I overcome rejection. I did realllly badly on this part and thought the interview went terrrible but I got the job.
