Interview
Filled out an application form online and then about a week later I received a call from the store manager which wanted to go through a telephone interview which involved pretty basic questions and lasted about 5 minutes. The manager then offered me an interview which I attended and was once again, pretty basic questions about customer service and past experience. The manager then asked me to come back for a trial which involved selling something chosen by you to a team leader. So I chose an iPad and went through the differences between the iPad and other tablets. All went well and got offered the job when I completed the trial.
