The interview process started with an initial phone interview with a recruiter with fairly simple questions. Next, was an interview with the HR rep which was very quick and barely asked many questions. Last, was a interview with the broker you would be placed with.

Interview consisted of a aptiude test and then an online assessment centre which if passed would be an in person interview. The online interview was done on typical AI interview software.
