Interview
I was contacted by the managing director, asking to meet. We had an initial coffee meeting where he let me know he had his eye on me and wanted to recruit me for his office. Later I had several meetings with other senior team members.
Two stage interview - first one-to-one with hiring manager which was casual. Understanding the role and them learning more about me.
Second interview was with the hiring manager and another Partner in the firm.
