I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Houston, TX)
Interview
Originally applied on their website online and then got a call a week later to come in for an in person interview the following week. Went to the interview and thought the office was very nice as well as the people. Since the head of the particular brokerage team I was interviewing for was on vacation, I had to wait until his return to come in for the second interview. Was told they really liked me and while I was waiting for the head of the team to return, they proceeded with the background check and told me the salary they would be offering. They told me they were doing things a little out of order so they could keep the process moving along while the head of the team was out of town. I was impressed with their flexibility in doing this and knew they were really interested in having me on the team. I then had the final interview with the head of the department and he offered me the job on the spot.

Interview
It takes 1 week for me to get a phone interview, then talk with the hiring manager, and get an Excel test. The hiring manager is pretty nice, however, I received a job offer and decided not to continue the interview process.

Describe a time when you had to work under pressure and how do you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview was quite fast, HR, hiring manager, client then offer on consecutive days. The questions were a mix of practical technical questions as its a finance role as well as analysis themed questions.
The Hiring manager was extremely arrogant and pretentious. It seemed like they focused only on target schools. I went to a small, non-target private university, and the hiring manager was a jerk.
