It is pretty easy, asking about what you did in the school, why you chose Cushman & Wakefield, what is your career goal, and then they will introduce the company and the group you applied for
Phone interviews are scheduled using the Google Calendar appointment system. The interview is initiated by the HR. 2 rounds of interviews are involved. She asked about past experience and salary expectations. The HR took the midpoint of my salary range for reporting.

Casual, but structured. More like a conversation than an interrogation. My interview ended very positively, so I was expecting a follow up, but they never reached out. I pursued another opportunity anyway, so I didn't reach out either.

Very fast process, ultimately didn't get the job but they were responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. HR was very helpful throughout the process and called me instead of emailing to give me quick updates.
