I initially got the interview through an employee referral and once the hiring manager received my resume we scheduled an interview for the next day. It was a very small accounting staff of three people in a small office and they desperately needed to hire someone as soon as possible. The interview was definitely the easiest one I've ever had, the staff and the supervisors were extremely nice and it didn't feel like an interview at all. Although, unfortunately I was not hired due to lack of experience.
