The company recruiter scheduled an interview for the following morning, canceled the morning of the interview, and rescheduled for the following day. On the day of the rescheduled interview, notified me by email an offer had been extended to another candidate. It was a waste of my time and obvious from start.

The interviewer was impressed by my experience however should not have rescheduled the interview already having identified a candidate. The cancellation first in the morning is a dead give away and the second cancellation is an insult.
