I applied in of Dec 2021 and was contacted by a recruiter in Feb of 2022 to do a video interview with the hiring manager. We had the interview and it felt as though she was more interested in casual conversation than interviewing me. I didn't mind it but it was different. Towards the end she let me know she would contact me the next week. I sent her a thank you email to which I received no response and then a couple of weeks later I have been ghosted. It would be nice to be told when they are not moving foward with you.

Multiple people were asking similar questions. It wasn't easy to answer because the question was just asked in a different form. Thus it wasn't very pleasant. The people did not seem that interested in the interview. If they already has a candidate for the job why waste other peoples time.

Good and efficient interview process. I was informed of update at every stage. Interviewers were also nice and friendly. Job scope was shared with me during the interview. Unfortunately I did not get an offer.

What is my key competencies, what is my previous experience.
Conversational interview. Met with hiring manager, office manager and the direct manager that I would be reporting to. It was a discussion of my background and why I wanted to work for them.
