Very Behavioral until an excel test at the end to test your proficiency in modeling. They are first looking for good fit, then testing your analytical skills, even for a first year job.

Interview
The interview was quite fast, HR, hiring manager, client then offer on consecutive days. The questions were a mix of practical technical questions as its a finance role as well as analysis themed questions.
The Hiring manager was extremely arrogant and pretentious. It seemed like they focused only on target schools. I went to a small, non-target private university, and the hiring manager was a jerk.
