I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Phoneton, OH)
Interview
I had a phone screen scheduled and the recruiter "totally forgot" and while we were having a conversation it sounded like she was on another call. She could have asked to schedule another time. Towards the end she said they had another candidate nearing the end of the process and would likely be extending an offer...why not say that in the first place and save us both some time? It all just felt very disorganized.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield
Interview
clearly set up conditions, friendly atmosphere, exciting conversation
I was contacted on the phone and invited for an interview. The interviewees were there on time and were really welcoming. The conversation was exciting, I didn't even feel I spent there more 1,5 hours. Next round was also casual but professional. Although I got some challenging questions, they managed to make me feel comfortable the entire time.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield in Jul 2019
Interview
Applied via online portal, was contacted via email to set up phone screen, had phone screen, said I’d be contacted in the next week, sent thank you, and have been ghosted. Position was just reposted so it seems I was not a good fit - just let candidates know!
