I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield in May 2025
Interview
First you apply on their Workday site and if selected by Talent Acquisition, they'll contact you via email to set up an initial 30 minute phone screening. This is not an interview, my phone screening with them took 10-15 minutes and just to see if you fit their requirements. Then if you pass that, they'll contact you via email again to set up a real interview with people from the team you'd be on. In my experience, this is usually an interview with 2 staffers from C&W, which seems a little intimidating. Then I was told if you pass that, you'll do an in-person interview or virtual (depending on your situation) with one of those interviewer's supervisors. I was also told by Talent Acquisition that if you're not selected, you won't get notified by email or phone and it would tell you on their Workday site which is... pretty crappy. A multi-billion dollar company can't send you an automated rejection email apparently. Instead you're meant to determine what "Review Completed" means next to your application and then watch it move from 'Active' to 'Inactive'.
All in all, it was an unsatisfying end to several what I thought were several really great interviews with a lot of positive feedback. They really take the 'human' out of Human Resources at Cushman & Wakefield so I do not recommend applying to their company.
