The interview process started with an online application, followed by a phone screening with the recruiter. After that, I completed a design assessment and participated in two rounds of interviews with team members and the hiring manager. Each stage was clearly explained and communication was prompt.
I feel like they judged me based on the programs I used. They seemed to put such an emphasis on the type of computer I used for design (I own a PC, not a Mac) and interviewer sounded disapproving that I use Adobe XD and Figma to design prototypes instead of Sketch, despite my argument that I was fast to learn about these prototyping softwares.
Close to the end of the interview I asked my interviewer what a common challenge was for newer designers in the field of UX and he answers"I guess personally its learning how to use a Mac" which just felt like shade rather than feedback that would help me improve as a designer.

They called for scheduling an phone interview. The recruiter first mistook me for someone else, thought she already interviewed me. Second time although a fix time was set for the interview, she didn't call without cancelling the interview and wasted 30 minutes of mine during work hours.
I'd strongly suggest that you avoid applying for this company. The recruiting process was a mess. They have a very unprofessional way of working.
