Interview
There were 8 rounds of interview, including 1 written, 1 machine, 3 offshore, 2 onsite one HR.
The interview process seems best to me as I was an experienced person and even then interview process just checked my aptitude and I could have cracked most of the interview even if I was a fresher.

You take the exam and after that exam you are shortlisted and then you are able to sit in the interview ,so 2 to3 round before your interview .so its a standard that most companies follow
