Recruited on campus, invited students to informal cocktail hour. The next day there were on campus interviews, and next there was the real in person interview. The interview in person was a long day of meeting with many people, including the CEO. These interviews were very tough, and got the sense people don't like working there. They require you to stay for 2 years, even if you hate it, or you pay $7500.
