First i was called by someone from HR, asked basic questions related to education and past experience. Nothing technical. briefed me about the further rounds and the selection process. so there are 4 rounds. First is Online Aptitude test, basic maths/reasoning/general awareness questions, the result came in half hour. The selected candidates were interviewed by the HR again and then a computer (google) test was conducted. they wanted to check the data mining skills of the candidates. this was followed by a MsExcel test. the shortlisted candidates were called for an interview by one of the team leaders.
