I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cvent (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process was clear but not compact. There were a total of 6 rounds.
It started with an offline MCQ & subjective Java test followed by an average online aptitude test(speed and common sense test more related to graphs and numbers).
After that there were two rounds of technical interview where they asked deep questions about web services, core java, hibernate, spring, SQL, if worked on cloud.
Following the technical round was a techno-managerial discussion with Engineering head where he asked basic technical questions and some puzzles to test IQ.
All interviewers were quite knowledgeable in overall domain and technically sound to understand every explanation.
The last round was with the HR for salary negotiations and benefits discussion.
