Applied online, then received an email invitation to take an online test, phone screen set up with the recruiter for 30 min. The recruiter was extremely knowledgeable about the company, product and offerings. I did prepare but I also asked and rec'd candid feedback from the recruiter which was great. I did another phone screen with management and then was flown in to interview and met about 8 individuals, peers, team leads, etc. They walk you through what they do so you have a good understanding of the role, responsibilities, expectations. They didn't ask 'hard' questions, but they want to see specific examples, results of various scenarios that you would expect to see in this role. I also prepared by reading up on their site, products, etc. I tried to make sure to give them specific examples and also tried answer questions thoroughly to show my experience, skills. I ended up receiving an offer and it was a difficult decision deciding to turn the offer down to stay with my current employer who ended up provided me with some advancement responsibilities/opportunities and additional pay. The folks I met were extremely professional, smart, knowledgeable, friendly and if my situation was slightly different, i would've definitely taken the offer. The recruiter was fantastic. It felt like she was trying to get a mutual win for the company and myself.
