I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cvent (McLean, VA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The process started out with behavioral and logic assessments followed by a recruiter reaching out. After reaching out, I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then a phone screen with the hiring manager. The phone screen with the hiring manager included live coding a solution to a problem in the language of my choice. After the phone screen, I had to take the assessment a second time around, with the recruiter stressing that I needed to complete all questions (since it is timed) and to guess on questions since it wouldn't hurt my score. After the second assessment, I had an onsite with a few members of the engineering team.
A few notes: My recruiter through the process was very prompt with responses and great to work with. The assessment is apparently something required by their parent company and the recruiter doesn't know what they use it for. I found the entire assessment aspect to be a big question mark, especially since recruiters don't know what it is used for. Ultimately, the team wanted someone with more experience who could ramp up faster, so I wasn't offered the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cvent (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2025

You take the exam and after that exam you are shortlisted and then you are able to sit in the interview ,so 2 to3 round before your interview .so its a standard that most companies follow
