Interview
I applied online after meeting Cvent at my schools career fair. From there I moved on to the next round of an on-campus interview. Along with the interview, I was invited to a reception to network and meet the interviewers before the interview, go to this if you can, its incredibly helpful. After my on-campus interview I waited about 2 weeks and scheduled the on-site interview at the Tysons Corner office. During the on-site, we were given lunch, a tour of the offices, shadowed for about an hour, and met with three managers/higher-ups. Make sure you really come prepared with why they should hire you. Overall it was about a five hour interview day. They came to me with an offer about 2 weeks later.
Everyone that I met with in the organization was so smart, enthusiastic, and welcoming. It was a great interview experience.

Interview
I took an assessment with 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes. I then spoke to the recruiter and then had a phone interview with a manager. After that I came in for the in person interview where I took the assessment again, and then interviewed with two more managers and a director. After that I took a personality assessment
The first interview was on campus with a client success manager. The interview went really well and heard back a couple days later to do a 2nd phone interview. It was a more in-depth interview that lasted about 30 minutes.

Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer and how did you deal with it?
1. Call with recruiter to gauge interest.
2. They ask you to take an assessment that doesn't have to do with you getting the job.
3. 30 min call with manager
4. Last step is onsite interview that includes 1 hr long shadow, retake the assessment, 2-3 30 minute interviews with managers in the field your'e applying for, and ends with a tour of the office.
