Interview process was Horrible , I alert everybody before going for interview at this company
This was my worst experiences and kind of similar thing happened to my frnd 6 month ago with this same company
they will call you for some position and at some expected salary(ctc) but later during the final stages they will change the position to some lower designation and also force you humiliate you embarrass you to join the organization at much lower to you expectation.
AlERT!! ALERT!!
Although technical staff was good and humble but HR are worst people of this company and also if you are planning to join , please keep in mind that every other person is mentioning something related to HR in Cons section and I felt the same.
As per the process-
Phone Screening -> Technical round with Lead of the team -> written test on reasoning and analytical knowledge -> Technical round with Manager -> Skype round with Director from US -> Senior HR round ( salary discussion ) - WORST
