Interview
Applied for this position after some difficulty (when clicking apply I received a popup that asked me to answer yes or no to a question but there was no question and only yes or no radio buttons) and received an email shortly thereafter asking me to take an assessment. The assessment was pretty standard, a combination of behavioral rankings (on the strongly agree to strongly disagree scale) and logical puzzle type questions. Shortly after that (maybe next day?) I received an email from the recruiter asking about times to setup a phone interview. I answered the recruiter the same day and did not hear back from them. Followed up again 2 days later and haven't heard anything back - that was several weeks ago.
Altogether I should've heeded the reviews. This company seems disorganized and quite frankly it is unprofessional to simply disappear on a candidate like that. If the position is filled, at least have the courtesy to let any pending candidates know.
The process told me all I needed to know about not wanting to work here.

First I met with HR and had a preliminary discussion. Then I met 1:1 with a Product Manager. Then 1:1 with 3 Product Managers back-to-back individually for the final interview.

Worst company ever in terms of interview process! you waste 7-8 hours going through the interview, they have the face to say a no to others who didnt clear and give them a feedback but they somehow didnt have the face to come out and say no after completing the last round at 1:30 am! I started questioning at 2:00 is when the coordinator (who is well aware of the result but preferred loitering around than saving my time at 1:30 AM)comes out and says he doesnt know the result and the interviewers are busy! what the hell?? a female is sitting at your office at 2:00 am after wasting an entire day and you dont even have 5mins to face it and say no with a legit feedback!! The coordinator tells you a no without any feedback with an embarrased guilty face cos he knows hes not doing his job correct! i saw people being rejected and fedback but they never even had the face to tell me a no till i forced them to open their mouth! which company makes you sit for 8-10 hours and takes you through numerous rounds when they actualy dont want to hire you! there wasnt a point in interviewing any further and wasting my time! 5:30 pm.till 2:00 am just to realise they were conducting rounds for formality to make me feel what extensive interview structure they have! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL TO KEEP A FEMALE CANDIDATE WAITING TILL 2:00 AM WHEN THEY REALISED IT WAY BACK THEY DIDNT WANT TO HIRE HER! INSPITE OF SENDING OTHERS HOME WITH A NO AND FEEDBACK THEY KEPT ME WAITING TILL 2:00AM AND WASTED MY TIME AND EFFORTS DELIBERATLY! TAKE PEOPLE TO FURTHER ROUNDS IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THEM NOT TO SATISFY YOUR COMPANY STATUS OF MAKING PEOPLE WAIT FOR HOURS BEYOND MIDNIGHT AND CONDUCTING USELESS ROUNDS ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS 5-6 TIMES ...LOL AS IF IT WAS A SCRIPTED INTERVIEW...the reception admin felt pity looking at me n asked the coordinator to get me a cab n that is when he realised he needs to give me an answer (no feedback) and he has to send me home...lol! they call themselves HR
