2 cognitive tests. 2 rounds of phone interviews. Onsite interview. Be prepared to take time off from work for all these interviews. The interview process took longer than I expected.

Pretty normal interview questions. Be prepared to articulate behavioral questions - get the project details and results ready. Interview questions are very practical, no tricky questions.

Initial introduction to Cvent by the recruiter was great, but then the process went downhill. Lots of interviews, similar questions being asked made it feel like groundhog day. Waste of time and resource for the company and candidate.
Very little communication or feedback during the process which was a source of irritation and promises made to feedback by certain dates came and went.

Not a very professional company... there motto which was repeated to me several times through the interview was "work hard, play hard". The only question i was asked during the interview was to explain my resume... One man, Reggie, owns the entire company and makes every decision. I would say 90% of the employees are 25 or younger.
