Its not easy, they make sure you are the right person for the job! Patience and confidence is what they try to look into initially and then they drill into the other capabilities that you have. Plenty of rounds and the aptitude test is important and you should score well in order to be called for the further round of interviews.

It was pretty easy as i got my placement through my collage and the process went pretty smooth as interviewer were supportive also through out the interview process and hence i got my placement

I was given a topic and i was supposed to speak impromptu
The entire process is a sham, even if you stand out from the crowd, it will be a sham, 5 rounds for a role that tires you out and pays peanuts. Shift is 6.30pm to 3:30pm.
If you wanna do something great in life then never ever join this company for this role atleast. i think i dodged a bullet.
