I applied online and heard back fairly quickly from HR. I went through a phone interview with HR and took an assessment that was similar to IQ questions and a personality test. I then had a phone interview with I believe the hiring accountant, which followed with an office visit with them plus extra staff members. Things went well and I took a second online assessment, and then did a video interview with the assistant controller. In total I had 4 interviews and did 2 assessments and 1 personality test, which made me feel hopeful. Unfortunately I didn't get an offer and I only found out by reaching out to HR myself. The interviews were pretty average, many behavioral questions and they really wanted to make sure you wanted to be there and was a good fit for a company, not just be another number.
