The interview process lasted roughly three weeks. It consisted of multiple phone interviews and a cognitive test (administered once right after completing the initial application and again when visiting onsite). During the onsite portion, there were two interviews, a shadowing portion where you got to experience the role first hand, and then two more interviews.

3-4 stages with phone screening, and zooms. Very quick process with many people involved in the process. Did not get back to me at the end though. Use your recruiter a lot for questions and to make sure you're prepared.

It was very long and in my opinion pointless. There were two tests one administered. There were three interviews. The last one was two hours with 4 people. I thought the interview went positively but I was rejected. I really thought at that point I would have an offer. My recruiter said they are really picky but are always asking for help. They did not even provide him the feedback. I feel I should at least get that.

Not worth it - lengthy interview for a job that is going to work recent college grads to the bone. Math test required (think IQ test) and lots of generic interview questions. They do mass interviews in one period.
