I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cvent
Interview
My interviewer was supposed to be someone from HR, but I ended up interviewing with one of their actual Sales Associates instead because the HR person couldn't make it. She seemed a bit flustered and not very poised. All the questions were very generic, like why I wanted to go into sales, what were my short-term and long-term career goals, etc. To my surprise, I don't think I was asked any behavioral questions.
