I applied for the job opening through linkedin after which I received a call from HR informing my CV has been shortlisted for the profile. My interview process was started which had 4 rounds - Aptitude and Personality Test, Managerial Round, Financial Head Round, Director Round. This entire process took approximately 2 months after which I was informed that I am shortlisted and offer letter was shared. As soon as I received offer letter, I was informed by the HR that they have mistakenly hired me from non-hiring zone and will not be able to provide cab facility. The shift timings were 12:30-9:30 and there is no metro connectivity till the office. Distance of metro station from the office is around 9-10km. So, I communicated to them that I will not be able to opt for this offer without cab facility considering the odd shift timings. After 10 days or so, I again received a call from HR asking if I am still available and they are arranging cab facility for me. I said yes I am available. 2 weeks passed, again there wasn't any revert from HR and later when I called up, it was told that position has been closed. Throughout the interview process, I noticed the lack of professionalism in the HR department. I wasted my 3 months in going through this process. I really had a pathetic experience over here. Also, they make you sign a bond worth Rs. 2.8 Lakhs for 2 years at the time of joining and take a cheque of Rs.80k as security.
