I took an assessment with 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes. I then spoke to the recruiter and then had a phone interview with a manager. After that I came in for the in person interview where I took the assessment again, and then interviewed with two more managers and a director. After that I took a personality assessment
The first interview was on campus with a client success manager. The interview went really well and heard back a couple days later to do a 2nd phone interview. It was a more in-depth interview that lasted about 30 minutes.

1. Call with recruiter to gauge interest.
2. They ask you to take an assessment that doesn't have to do with you getting the job.
3. 30 min call with manager
4. Last step is onsite interview that includes 1 hr long shadow, retake the assessment, 2-3 30 minute interviews with managers in the field your'e applying for, and ends with a tour of the office.
