Cognitive assessment test, followed by a phone interview that was rescheduled twice. Finally, on the day of, and 10 minutes after it should have occurred, I get an email rescheduling it again. After that, I shouldn’t have bothered since my intuition was telling me that this company is unprofessional and disorganized. But alas, I speak to a recruiter, am told I will move forward in the interview process, and given positive feedback. The recruiter gives me a breakdown of what to expect in the following weeks. The next day I receive a rejection email.
