I submitted my résumé and got a call a couple of days later from someone in human resources. They were helpful and friendly and answered lots of questions I had. They scheduled a time for an interview. On the day of interviews they had setup a video chat since I was out of town. I talked with three people each taking time to ask me a few questions, each asked if I had any questions at the end. They setup a follow up call with the department head who was a Vice President of marketing. He seemed like a really nice person. They brought me in for an in person meeting where I met the same people again. I also met and talked with a few other people. Finally I met the ceo, who seemed a little scary at first, but you could tell he was a really drive smart guy that cared passionately for the company. He told me hiring the right people is the most important thing the company does. He inspired me to want to be part of the team.
