I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cvent (McLean, VA) in Nov 2018
Interview
First, there was an on-campus interview, following that interview, if you were selected to continue, you had to complete an online assessment twice (un-proctored and proctored). After that, you were selected to go to an on-site interview which consisted of three different 45-minute technical interviews with three different people, a tour of the HQ, and lunch with some current employees. Overall, it was a good experience, however, they did not reimburse for travel or lodging, which was a bit of a concern.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cvent (McLean, VA) in Oct 2024
Interview
First a phone screening, then a technical interview, then lastly behavioral. The recruiter and technical interviewers were all nice to me. Didn't really like my experience with the behavioral interviewer, since she looked unhappy most of the time and was asking me questions that were more technical than behavioral. Her questions were also unclear at times.
