Overall, my interview experience was neutral for this process. The interview started off well, but I found the recruiter to be impersonal. I was asked a few basic questions about the company, my interest, and why I was looking to leave my current job. I was also asked questions about my high school GPA and SAT scores which I found irrelevant. I was told if I was selected to move forward the next round would be a phone interview with the hiring manager and an 1.5 hour interview with various stakeholders on the team. I ended up withdrawing from the process due to my interactions with the recruiter and the role and the company not being a good fit.

I was contacted by a recruiter after receiving a job referral from a current employee. First screening was a short 15 minute conversation. Then I took a short cognitive aptitude test. Then phone interviewed with a client success manager- some situation questions asked. Then retook the cognitive aptitude test, this time proctored. Then did a final interview with 4 managers on the client success team (four 30-minute interviews, back-to-back). Overall, it was an average/positive interview experience up until I was ghosted after the final interview. I was told that I would hear back about a final decision in a few days but never heard back at all. I even reached out to my initial recruiter that was in contact with me during the whole process but she ignored my messages. It was incredibly disappointing and frustrating that after investing to much of my time and effort into this interview process, cvent didn't event have the decency to let me know that I was obviously not offered the position. This was a unprofessional and disrespectful move on their part and left a bad taste in my mouth.
