Such a waste of time. I’ve worked with Cvent products for over 4 years so I really felt like I had an upper hand when interviewing. The recruiter I worked with made it seem like that was really preferred and something they look for. I had an hour long conversation with him and he seemed like a really great recruiter and I eventually got an interview with the team and then I literally didn’t hear back for an entire month even though he said he would be following up with me after. I emailed him several times. In addition to this, at the beginning of the interview process, they make you do a critical thinking assessment and then you have to do it again while the recruiter sits on a video call and you share your screen making sure it’s you doing it. In the end, after I finally heard back, they didn’t hire me because they ended up giving a lot of the people they laid off earlier in the year because of COVID their jobs back. Kudos to them for doing that but they wasted my time completely.
