It was an easy interview process. However, the HR failed on discussing the salary. I was not told what I would be offered in the first place. There were 4 different rounds. 1st Round I interviewed with the India panel which was pretty simple. 2nd Round included the US panel. The 3rd Round was with the Canada panel. The last round was the aptitude round. I got over all the rounds and was asked to discuss my salary. I submitted my salary slips. Also, I wasn't even informed if I was selected or not and they had my salary slips which was extremely weird to me. Lastly, the HR called me and said they moved forward with another candidate and I asked why and she said the panel decided it. I was pretty disappointed. If salary was the deal breaker they should have informed the salary during the initial discussion. I wouldn't get my hopes high.
