I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cvent (Washington, DC) in Mar 2010
Interview
I talked to someone in the office first and she asked me a few questions, like what I knew about Cvent pretty much, and schedule an appointment for another phone interview. One of the higher-ups called me the next day. He was really friendly and relaxed, he only asked me one question "what do you want to gain from working at Cvent" and then just asked me if I had any questions and explained the company to me. I got the feeling I kind of already had the job becasue I was recommended by another CEO. That could be it, I'm not sure. But he seemed really friendly and calm and comfortable.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cvent (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2025

Very relaxed. Had interview at my school and spoke with a CVENT rep for about 30 min. Very nice and gave good advice. Pretty typical behavior questions and asked some personal questions to understand me better.

Interview
It was a typical interview process. Recruiter phone call, and then 2 rounds of interviews. Mine were both virtual. Took some time to get an offer letter, blame that on the upcoming holidays.
