I applied online. I interviewed at Cvent (McLean, VA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process had multiple rounds. The first was a 1on1 with the Director(hiring manager). Next Two interviews was with a SFA and another director. There was also an Excel Exam. I had been extended an offer by phone only to be then told that they wanted to have me but couldn't afford the salary that I made aware I wanted in the first round, so I brought my target salary lower. I then never heard back. Overall, my experience was very bad, especially since I devoted so much time to this process to be left in the dark. It seems like they want top talent but can't afford to hire them.
