They don't even know what they are looking for , had a word with one of their hr's , she knows nothing about project management and she was continuously saying you are leading a team as well and we need someone who is an IC. I got a rejection email and then I got a call from the same person next day saying we have misunderstood you with someone else, and there will be a manager round in half an hour. I was working and had a meeting which I skipped by giving an excuse, and waited for the call for at least 3 hours, but they didn't call. I texted her regarding the same and she replied "who is this". I had to explain everything then she said sorry your resume was not shortlisted, this was really frustrating , the recruiter was really unprofessional and was lost in her own world, she sounded like a robot , really such a horrible experience.
Applied on LinkedIn. Received a response from a recruiter to interview, along with a list of links to review leading into it. Provided the dates and times I was available for the upcoming week. We agreed on a date and time in my time zone, and I reiterated my phone number.
The date and time passed. No call. Sent a message via the chain already established on LinkedIn regarding the call. No response.
My time is also valuable.
Moves quickly if you have a good recruiter and you must take a psychometric assessment. You will not be considered for the position if you do not do well. Interview seemed to focus on personality more than experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cvent
Interview
It took forever to schedule interviews. It is very slow process. The recruiter was not communicative or transparent. I had to ask my referral help move things along to get timely responses from recruiter.
