I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cvent in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied through my university, very excited about this company. When I arrived, I was left off the schedule. I spoke with the receptionist and she confirmed I was supposed to have an interview. A tech employee ended up interviewing me, and he was upset that this was taken out of his 'break time.' He stated he didn't know what to ask me because he has no experience in the hospitality side of things. Overall it was very unorganized, and I received an email the following week stating I wasn't going forward in the interview process. No surprise there.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cvent in Jul 2022
Interview
Way too long and very tough to get in touch with the recruiter. The biggest problem is it feels like the recruiting team can either get too busy or become uninterested in followup with candidates

6 hours with multiple interviewed and no water offered or empathy that I was speaking for 6 hours straight with no break. The questions from interviewers had me realize the lack of knowledge in the company’s workforce.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cvent (Blacksburg, VA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The campus recruiter was pretty nice and I had a face-to-face interview with him. He asked me a lot of common behavioral questions that I should have better prepared earlier.
