The interview process was longer than most needing to talk to multiple people. I think it was at least 5 people spread over 2-3 weeks. On top of that it required a personality profile and aptitude test. The aptitude test I had to take twice (once on my own, then once on a video zoom while the recruiter/HR could watch me do it a 2nd time). On top of all that then they wanted what I think is private W2 data for the past 3 years. That was the deal breaker and probably explains why they have a hard time finding talent people in my industry.
